Ordering & Cancellations
* Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges
* Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery.
* Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and clean condition.
* Items that are worn, torn, or soiled may result in a partial refund or forfeiture of payment. Kindly handle garments with care until you've decided to keep them.
* Items can be exchanged for other products within the same price range, subject to availability

Refunds
* Once a return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
