At Isinmi London, we are a growing business dedicated to delivering high-quality pieces rooted in heritage and craftsmanship. While we strive for excellence, occasional errors may occur. We kindly ask for your empathy and patience as we continue to grow.
Before placing an order, please take a moment to review and agree to the following policies:
Ordering & Cancellations
* Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 business days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
* The item must be returned in its original, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition.
* The item must be free from perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, stains, odours,pet hairs, alterations, or any other signs of wear.
* The item must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
* The item must not have been damaged, altered, or modified after delivery.
* The item must be returned within the stated return period. Returns requested or received outside this period may not be accepted.
* All eligible garments are fitted with a security ribbon/tag. Customers are welcome to inspect and try on garments; however, the security ribbon/tag must remain fully attached and intact.
* Any item returned with a removed, cut, detached, damaged, or tampered security ribbon/tag will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
* The security ribbon/tag is in place to ensure garments are not worn beyond reasonable inspection and to maintain the quality and condition of our pieces for all customers.
* Many of our garments are crafted from Adire and other delicate fabrics. We do not encourage the practice of purchasing garments for temporary use and subsequent return.
* We strongly encourage customers to review our Size Guide before placing an order. While we are happy to provide sizing guidance, customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size based on the measurements provided.
* Returns that do not meet the above requirements may be declined and returned to the customer.

Exchanges
* Exchange requests must be made within 7 business days of delivery.
* Items must meet all return eligibility requirements stated above.
* Subject to stock availability, items may be exchanged for another size or product of equal value.
* Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item and any shipping costs associated with the exchange.
* Any price difference between exchanged items must be paid before the replacement item is dispatched.
* Replacement items will be shipped once the original item has been received, inspected, and approved for exchange.

Return Shipping
* Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
* Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable and may be forfeited in the event of a return.
* We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Isinmi London cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds
* Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed manufacturing fault.
* A service fee may be deducted from approved refunds to cover payment processing, administration, and handling costs.
* Any applicable deduction will be communicated to the customer before the refund is processed.
* Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above may be rejected.

Non-Refundable Items
* Custom-made, made-to-measure, personalised, or altered garments.
* Items with removed or tampered security ribbons/tags.
* Items showing signs of wear, washing, staining, damage, or alteration.
* Items returned outside the approved return period.
* Items purchased during Final Sale or promotional clearance unless faulty.
